“ With the reviews being a little iffy.. I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect when I walked into Eighteen30. The moment I stepped into their heated patio, I was immediately warmed up. IT WAS HOT. It was so warm that I was sweating a little since I wore too much. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles and got the Blueberry Pancakes to share. Chicken and Waffles is my go to dish and oh my Eighteen30 did it quite well. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and flavourful. The waffles were nice and chewy. I also liked how it wasn’t overly drenched in syrup, making it the perfect sweet and savory meal to enjoy. By the end of it, I was quite full.. When the Blueberry Pancakes arrived.. I was quite full. I had a bite and it was the perfect way to finish off. I heard dinner is quite lively and delicious as well. I was very content with their brunch menu. Looking forward to trying their dinner menu when I get a chance to stop by. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a nice and cozy heated patio to enjoy food! ”

If you're in the area and chose to check the spot be sure to ask for Teresa, not only did she give great suggestions for wine, when our ideal bottle was out she found a great alternative quick and fast.
